Hi Kids and Grandkids! We sure love you!!!! I' tried calling you with Dad yesterday, and have tried skyping you all lots! Brent & Ashley are the only ones we've been able to skype. We miss you! Say, Darren & Jolynn HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! Hope you had a great day yesterday!!
Today was transfers with new Elders coming in (the sisters got stuck in Miami, so we will train them tomorrow.) We picked up the elders at 6 am at the MTC, took them to a chapel where they met their companions, we had packets, write you parents, get weighed, blood pressured
took pictures with the Mission President, lunch and training, then dropped off to their areas. Then we went to the President's house and had a catered lunch with the outgoing missionaries, then took them to the temple, pulled all their sizes of clothes, did a session, took pictures after and then dropped them back to the office where there are lots of beds in the basement. It took the whole day, 2 weeks of getting packets ready, etc. It turned out nice. All the tears, hugs, etc. Missionaries are awesome, and I've seen them on the other side as families are excited to see them come home. In the ones going home were Bountiful, Pleasant View, Woods Cross, Idaho Falls, Burley, Chile, Peru, and one from Santiago on the other side of the Dominican Republic. There were 2 sisters in this group , thus the tears. smile.
Each of you is so special!!!!Work good? school? teaching good? housekeeping good? Kids doing good? We pray for you and think of you, and have tried to contact you and will keep trying. We put each of your names in the temple!!
